One of the most intriguing aspects of the human body is the extent to which it can physically adapt to extreme exercise and strength training over time. It’s especially striking when you look at professional bodybuilders who since time immemorial have dedicated their lives to ripping their body parts beyond the limits allowed by most ordinary people. Kai Greene is one such person who achieved this feat and also stood out among other athletes.

Kai is a professional bodybuilder well known for his appearance as the Arnold Classic winner in 2009, 2010 and 2016. He is also a familiar face in the Mr. Olympia contest in which he was runner-up on multiple occasions in 2012, 2013 and 2014 .

Kai Greene, better known as The Predator or Mr. How to Get It – by those who know him well within the International Federation of Bodybuilding & Fitness (IFBB) – goes by his birth name as Leslie Kai Greene. He was born on July 12, 1975 in Brooklyn, New York.

Growing up, he had a difficult childhood and by the age of 6, Kia was orphaned and was then raised in foster homes for the next 10 years of his life. Around the same time, the child was experiencing rapid physical growth in front of his peers, which soon caught people’s attention. His 7th grade English teacher, in particular, took an interest in him and introduced the future champion to bodybuilding. Kai Greene fell deeper in love with bodybuilding.

Mr. Getting It Done started competing as a bodybuilder as a teenager and hasn’t looked back since. He dominated every competition he entered as a teenager and at age 19 earned his Pro Card from the Natural Bodybuilding Federation. Buoyed by this early success, Kai is more determined than ever to pursue his bodybuilding career at the zenith. He won the WNBF Pro Natural Worlds in 1996 and pitched before the National Physique Committee (NPC). Kai won the NPC Team Universe in 1999, after which he was away from the sport for five years. His comeback is notable in 2004 with his victory in the 2004 NPC Team Universe. With this victory, Leslie began to compete as an IFBB professional bodybuilder.

Kai Greene came 1st in the 2011 New York ProChampion and 3rd place in Mr. Olympia in 2011. Then he competed only in the Mr. Olympia race in 2012 and placed 2nd. He repeated the same feat in the 2013 and 2014 competitions. Previously he won the 2009 and 2010 Arnold Classic and in 2016 he won the competition for the third time.

Besides bodybuilding, The Predator has done other things in the past, such as working and presenting on-screen productions such as  Exaggeration  and  Redemption . He also has a supplement brand called DynamikMuscle which he launched in 2015 and in May the following year he launched his workout program called The 5P. In November 2015, bodybuilding champion and fitness model Krystal Lavenne co-hosted a podcast called Generation.

Kai Greene also has merit as an actor. He featured in the 2015 comedy movie titled  College  Debt as a stripper. He was also seen in the 2018 Chinese martial arts film  Crazy Fist  and some other works. Besides acting, Greene is a visual artist who has crafted some spectacular works. He revealed that he made the artwork to help him maintain his ideal physique. In August 2011, he exhibited some of these works.

In the past, Kai has dated several other women as some reports have. However, it was her relationship with Dayana Cadeau that caught the eye. Kia first met her at the Jan Tana Classic bodybuilding contest in 1998 and greatly admired her. However, it was not until 2007, after they met again, that something serious broke out between them. The duo started dating in October of the same year and have been together ever since, although they are not yet husband and wife.

In the past, it’s been rumored that Greene is gay but Dayana has come out in defense of her man, saying adamantly that the rumors that the bodybuilder is gay were just rumours.
